Privacy notice
How we handle the information you share when contacting us and the data needed to operate this website.
Last updated:
Purpose of processing
We use messages received through the contact form to understand and answer your enquiry, process a request for a quote, and discuss possible work together. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. Submitted message content is not sent to an AI provider.
Data we process
The form asks for your name, email address, and a description of the issue, plus an optional company name and list of systems. We record submission and consent times, the selected language, and handling status. When analytics consent is active, the enquiry also stores the normalized first-arrival channel and source – for example Google or ChatGPT – and the first local page path without parameters. We do not attach the raw referring URL, UTM parameters, or a search query to the enquiry. Please do not include passwords, access keys, or unnecessarily sensitive information in your message.
Legal basis
The contact form requests your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the controller. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
Data transfers and access
Enquiries are kept in protected server-side storage. Access is limited to people authorised to handle them. Providers involved in hosting and email operation may process information as processors to the extent needed to provide those services. We disclose data to other third parties only when required by law. We do not sell the information or make automated business decisions from the form.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. To prevent misuse, the form uses a session, a submission timestamp, and a time-limited attempt counter. A value derived from a network identifier is used to limit excessive submissions. Analytics events do not include your contact details or the text of your message.
Data subject rights
You may request information about your data, access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Rights to portability and objection may also apply under the relevant conditions. We may need to verify your identity appropriately before fulfilling a request to prevent unauthorised access.
Retention period
Information provided with an enquiry is retained for up to 365 days, or until the enquiry is resolved if earlier. A withdrawal or deletion request prompts a review of the need for further processing. A later contract may be subject to separate privacy information.
Complaints
If you have a concern about the processing of your information, contact us using the address above. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. In Hungary, this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Web analytics and session replay
We perform optional web analytics only after your consent. Once per browser session, our own system counts the normalized arrival channel, source, local landing page without a query, and language in a daily aggregate. Data processed by PostHog includes random browser and session identifiers, visited pages, interactions and conversion events, technical browser and device data, performance metrics, JavaScript errors, and masked session replay and heatmap data. Names, email addresses, company names, message text, form-field values, and internal search terms are not included in analytics events.
The purposes are to improve website usability, content, and the enquiry journey, diagnose errors, and measure aggregate performance. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Our daily report retains counts for up to 730 days and contains no raw referrer, UTM text, search term, IP address, browser identifier, or session identifier. Processor: PostHog, Inc. (EU Cloud, with processing in the European Union). The PostHog project discards IP addresses, and session replays are retained for 30 days. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in cookie settings; this stops future collection and deletes local analytics identifiers.
Cookies and local storage
Details of essential sessions and optional measurement preferences are available on the cookie settings page. You can change your optional preference there at any time.
