API and system integrations

Let your systems talk to each other. Connect forms, CRM, invoicing, and internal tools with traceable data flows.

Let’s talk about your workflow

WHO IS IT FOR?

When this sounds familiar.

For businesses keeping the same data in several places, dealing with delayed updates, or relying on colleagues to connect two applications manually.

WHEN TO START ELSEWHERE

Part of making a good decision.

If a provider offers no suitable access or stable export, the technical options need checking first. Some integrations do not justify their maintenance costs.

01 — WORKING TOGETHER

Clear steps. Visible progress.

We clarify important questions early and build in small steps you can try and review.

  1. 01

    Sources and ownership

  2. 02

    Fields and API contracts

  3. 03

    Error handling and testing

  4. 04

    Monitoring and documentation

Enter the data once

We map where data originates, where it must appear, which fields are required, and which system is the source of truth. The output includes a field map, access and authentication plan, and a safe test flow. We only name specific products after reviewing the actual systems and available connection methods.

Failure tracking and reprocessing

The integration defines what happens with incomplete data, timeouts, provider limits, and repeated requests. A unique operation identifier helps prevent duplicates, while logs and a review queue show what completed, what stopped, and what can be retried.

TYPICAL BRIEF / EDUCATIONAL EXAMPLE

A typical integration brief

A complete data transfer includes the source, validation, destination, failure queue, and a safe retry path.

This block illustrates a possible brief. It is not a previous reference or a verified business result.

A few things you might be wondering.

How does working together start?

With a conversation about a specific workflow. We look at its trigger, who works on it, where it gets stuck, and what better would look like. Then we suggest a next step and agree on scope, cost, and terms.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We first look at what already works and what can be connected. An integration or a focused addition is often enough. Replacement makes sense when the existing tool consistently prevents important work.

How much does a custom solution cost?

Cost depends on workflow complexity, integrations, data quality, and operational needs. After the initial discussion, we quote a defined scope. One-off development and expected running costs are considered separately.

What happens to our business data?

During planning we define what data is needed, who may access it, and where it may be stored. Before connecting an AI provider, we review its processing and retention terms separately. We use anonymised or synthetic samples for testing where possible.

How long does a project take?

We estimate the schedule once the scope and available access are clear. A focused automation and a portal with several roles are different projects. Milestones give you something usable and reviewable as early as possible.

What happens after handover?

The system comes with documentation and a walkthrough. Maintenance, monitoring, and future improvements are agreed separately, so access, backups, and responsibilities are clear.
