WHO IS IT FOR?
When this sounds familiar.
For businesses with data but no clear decision framework, or uncertainty about what changed after an improvement.

Measure the moments that matter to understand where visitors or workflows get stuck. Useful metrics and traceable improvements.

WHEN TO START ELSEWHERE
When the purpose is unclear, we do not begin by collecting every click. We first define the business question and the minimum data needed.
01 — WORKING TOGETHER
We clarify important questions early and build in small steps you can try and review.
We first state the decision that measurement should support. Then we create an event dictionary with names, triggers, required properties, and validation methods. The sample report does more than display charts: it shows the baseline, comparison window, and which signal could justify a change.
We check missing, duplicate, and incorrect events, consent state, and whether compared periods are genuinely comparable. When data is not reliable enough, measurement is fixed first; no conversion improvement is promised without evidence.
TYPICAL BRIEF / EDUCATIONAL EXAMPLE
The related guide includes a downloadable template for recording the baseline, effort, corrections, and comparison window.
This block illustrates a possible brief. It is not a previous reference or a verified business result.
With a conversation about a specific workflow. We look at its trigger, who works on it, where it gets stuck, and what better would look like. Then we suggest a next step and agree on scope, cost, and terms.
Cost depends on workflow complexity, integrations, data quality, and operational needs. After the initial discussion, we quote a defined scope. One-off development and expected running costs are considered separately.
We choose relevant metrics and record a baseline before development. They may include manual effort, turnaround time, failed cases, or completed follow-ups. Afterwards, we compare equivalent periods to understand what changed.
During planning we define what data is needed, who may access it, and where it may be stored. Before connecting an AI provider, we review its processing and retention terms separately. We use anonymised or synthetic samples for testing where possible.
Yes. A single well-defined workflow is often the best place to start. It helps verify business rules, technical feasibility, and expected value before building a larger system.
The system comes with documentation and a walkthrough. Maintenance, monitoring, and future improvements are agreed separately, so access, backups, and responsibilities are clear.
